I agree I used to do Cy Girl customs 1-2 years ago. I was spending around $200 to $300 each.
Ebay seems to be selling toys cheap right now. I say this is the best time to buy what you want before they rise again. I hope they rise up again cause I need to sell a bunch of stuff myself.

Go to action figures on eBay and type "12 action figure" I do that just to see what all I've got to choose from...
Anyways I know all too well that 1/6 customizing can be very pricey so be aware. And watch for good cheap deals lol....As for a WWE figure not quite sure....But there are tons of 1/6 parts on eBay also if you can stand the whole eBay thing
