Dcu Paint will not dry

I am trying to repaint a DCU superman figure, everything went very well but the paint on the cape will not dry, anyone who can help. Think you

Thinks everyone for your reply, I do use acrylics, I will try primer + maybe if I scuff it a little maybe that will help. you guys do great work. think you.

Definately undercoat and paint as thinly as possible. Had the same issue with a Moon Knight cape.

I some times like playing around and using enamel but its not great for capes.

Capes are a different type of plastic so it's hard to predict what will happen to them. Yeah, use acrylics, enamels don't work well most of the time on flexible capes.

If you want, spray the cape with primer first, then paint.
