Are there any ML sizeish female figures in armour, preferably some that is easy to customise?

If you can let us know what you are trying to make we may be able to come up with a decent base fig.

I'm not sure what you mean by "easy to customize", you mean removeable? The civilian Eowyn's vest/armor thing is removable, just have to slit it down the side. The armored Eowyn I have on display somewhere but I'm not home right now, I'll have to get back to you xP

Wouldn't work. Need the breastplate to be just a breastplate, nothing on top of it.
