Need help to get my custum weapons that metallic look

I want to paint the weapons so they have that bright metallic color, like aluminum paper, is there any cheat ink for that? cause I heard it's pretty expensive, but then again I see all those toys at the Chinese stores have those colors, so I don't know, anyone help?

You could try aluminum spray, I think they sell it at car-shops?

And yeah, good point! All those knock-off toys have silver all over them, there has to be a cheap way to do it!
