My fiance and her friends are huge sailor moon fans and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on figures to use to make some customs of them. I was thinking Sakora from the streetfighter line if I can find them in bulk and just swap heads.
I'm gonna look into the ML figures (man that's gonna be expensive) Too bad I can't get more of those cammies but I forgot the site lol. It's on here someplace, Jin mentioned it. It'll have to wait, I just dropped 150 bucks on my girl O.O I never realized love or dating an otaku was so expensive.
O.O how many guys have made sailor moon figures? lol. Funny you should mention cammy doc, I bought 5 of the Sota figures on sale a while back and have heads all over. I'll keep looking at bodies though. The Sakura might work for the one youngest Sailor Saturn. I'd have to find 2 anime cats too lol.
I had the same problem, Sakura works but she's too short. And forget about finding the heads x_X I tried vinyl kits but nothing so far is in-scale that I've seen. I think Cammy heads work great because she has a more squarish jaw, then just use different hair and eye colors on all of them.
Sakura is a good option indeed, I seen people on the site doing amazing works with ML Psylock, give that a try maybemainly for sailor mars and the green one since they are more in close combat, and Psylock got good articulation for that
Maybe you can try some wwe divas, but you gotta swap heads, cause they look so ugly on toys, divas on tv, gargoyles on toys, lol
if you need heads try april from the most recent line of tmnt, she got a really cute manga face, but with lips, and you'd have to sculp hair.
