Need help with finding a figure

well I'm doing sailor moon customs and have nearly enough other than I need one for the litle kid with pink hair. the figures are almost all Sota Cammies so she should be in scale with them as she's only to their hips or knees in the anime/
manga. My friend says she's about 4'10 which doesn't seem right. Anyhow does anyone know of a good anime girl figure about that size? Also does anyone know how to make boobs smaller? The one scout isn't very well built.

*bows down to Lord_Khan's greatness. ACtually I owe you thanks for finding the scale and that site because now I'll know what the heck my gf and her friends are talking about lol. I'll check into the Naruto figures. I hope Walmart still has them so at least I can see if they'll work. that scale makes more sense, maybe my gf got them backwards when she told me.

this site says she's 3' 4": , but it also says that Sailor Moon is 4' 11", and I'm guessing that Cammy is probably about 6", so in that scale, the kid would be about 4.3".

But if you're not a scale-nazi, the Naruto figures are around 5", so someone like Sakura could work. Although they wouldn't have the same articulation that the SF figures have if you are concerned about that

maybe you can find digimon trainer figure that have the scale you want, but they are way over dressed

Yup, sand them away, you don't have to remove them completely, leave just the rough shape of how big you want them then just smooth it out.
