I think it's a great thing, but it's super-lame that it's only X-Men characters, a few of which already have figures...

I think it is a bit weird that Aurora and Northstar are offered up SEPERATELY, I mean, you wouldn't really want one without the other would you??
The Gambit is crap, and all of these figures would need re-paints.
Crap, crap, crap. I had better learn to customise hadn't I???

Dude..... I have one functioning eye and poor color vision - I can see Kerns text fine - doesn't piss me off in the slightest8)

And oh yeah...coin toss between Silver Samurai and Sunfire for me

There ya go Kern all ya gotta do is get an eye patch for one eye, and put some grey film over the other and you won't have any more trouble...lol, and you'll have the coolest halloween costume on da block!!

I don't have problems with my sight, and I can't read it. Be careful what you post mate, it's easy to cross the line between funny and jerk sometimes.

Well I mean no offense, and I hope no one takes what I said badly. It struck me as a bit funny for some reason. Kinda reminded me of a buddy of mine that had a stroke several years ago. When he dreams about people if he knew them before his stroke he can see their whole face, but if he dreams about someone that he has met afterwards they only have half of a face in his dreams. Which I know a stroke is a serious thing, but in his case, other than messing up his eyesight on one side, it didn't seem to effect him. He jokes about it all the time, if he didn't I wouldn't make light of it. Any rate, I apologize to anyone who may have been offended

And I totally love pirates so they eye patch thing would be the best costume, at least to me it would
I aint offended

I don't wear eye patches anymore - tho I still have my customized one - wear a pair of prescription shades these days

Exhibit A

I think they are "proper bobbins", as they say in Manchester!

Hasbro's figures have minimal paint, that flatness is due to paint not exsisting on the figure

Is it just me, or do the paint jobs on the hasbro figs look flat and lack any detail?
I look lovingly at my Toybiz figs and sigh.......

I went with the sunfire, but I hope its clear orange plastic instead of that solid one, more like the house of m torch. I want both alpha flight figures, but I want the both, and maybe we have a better chance of getting a box set if they already have 2 done. I really hoped parts of the silver samurai were gonna be metallic and not just painted silver (even the 5" TB one was metallic), lilandra looked cheap, more painted than sculpted and whats with the recycled emma cape. the TRU black queen thats coming up atleast has a rose over the x on the cape, why would lilandra have an x cape? that storm I think is great but she popular enough I figure we'll get to see that figure regardless of the outcome of this poll. if they already have the prototypes for these, odds are we are gonna see all of these eventually in ML lines, so, as I see it, this polls just basically who do you want first.

Well what they could do is this: They have the X-Babies and Mighty 'Vengers as well as Forbush-Man, Wild Child, Thor Frog and whatever other little things that didn't get made. They could simply put up a thing where you get to order these figures and if enought people do for them not to lose money on it, they make them exclusivly.
I mean, that way they couldn't lose money, and if they already have the prototypes, why not do it?
I assume the figures in this poll will get made sooner or later, and to make them as exclusives for their online store is a good idea. That way, the fans that want them can get them.
I think it would be successful too, to offer older rare Marvel Legends online in a limited quantity. Lets say they produce 2000 figures of Deadpool, Dragon Man, Juggernaut and those other figures that sell for high prices on eBay. I think they would sell well. I can see lots of fans jumping at the opertunity to buy these figures for $15-20/each, if that's what it would have to cost to get them made. Even if the profit wouldn't be that great compared to the numbers they make every year, they would sure please the fans and get a good reputation.
Also producing the BAF figures from ToyBiz's era and offering them complete online for $30 each or something would probably be successful. Sentinels are after all army-builders that people would love to buy a few of, and Hasbro doesn't make any money on the old figures that sell for high prices on eBay. Why not cash in on that market and make lots of fans happy in the process?
It would be nice...

It was a toss up between the Silver Samurai or Lilandra, since I bought a armored Lilandra custom a while back I went with the Samurai.

I went for Aurora...besides if Hasbro went through all the bother to make prototypes of each character, you can bet they will all show up sooner or later.

I, for one, would like to see characters like Machine Man, and... I can't come up with anyone else...

I voted for Silver Samurai though, because he's pretty cool.

I voted for Silver Samurai too. Being a Canadian it was a tough choice not to go with Aurora and Northstar, but since I already made customs of them I figured I could wait!

In my opinion we need more villains and since Magneto has already been made, I went with the Samurai.

Besides, I figure since these are all prototypes that we'll probably get them all at some point in time! we just have to be patient (although that's not one of my strong suits!

....yeah but having a AoA sunfire is/was worth my vote. Can't find any johnny storms in my area, so hopefully hasbro will throw me a bone on that one.
