kilts

Posted in Custom Workstation

I need to come up with a kilt for a 6-7" figure. I was thinking of finding a cheap Rowdy Roddy Piper (forgive me Roddy) who has one I can remove easily and repaint or making one. I have the tartan material but no way its to scale. Any ideas?

I didn't think of that. I can scan the pattern I have for the tartan and put it on the vinyl.

Get some raw vinyl from the fabric section of the craft dept. at Wal-Mart. A half-yard will go a long way for various kilts, capes, etc...

I've seen them at walmart. Lots of them lol. Apparently they're not popular. I'd feel bad about ruining a Roddy Piper figure anyhow.

That CS Roddy with the kilt is quite hard to come by. Better to get the WWE Adrenaline Higlanders 2-pack. They seemed to be glued to the shelves in most stores often on sale and you get two six inch figures both with kilts.

I'm not sure anyone makes tartan for 6" figure and I doubt they'd make the pattern I need.
