Q: Gi Joe figures wearing jackets or Dress shirts?

Hi everyone,

I just came across this comicon exclusive figure:


It's a Cobra Commander wearing a sports jacket and dress pants.

Does anyone know of Gi Joe figures (25th Anniversary/or newer) that have a dress shirt or sports jacket in their sculpt?

I'm really wanting to do 3 3/4" size Doctor Who and Hellblazer John Constantine figures - but I need the right base figs...
