Help about a difficult custom face...

Hi I need a very big favor..I want to make the superboy's face(I post images underneath) using the riddicks action figure face...I don't have much experience in the modding subject but I would like you pros to tell me if it is possible and some advice on how to make the hair,sculpt the nose better,bigger lips etc...Thanks in advance and I am looking forward to your answers...
