is this head in scale?

I can't tell for some reason. I know the neck is too long but does the head look like it would look good on the figure? I figured a 6" and 6" figure head but it seems off to me.

yea evil supergirl apparently was all neck lol. I'm actually not using this head but one that was sculpted using it as a size reference.
