That's right. I want to take a Play Arts Cloud Strife FF7 game figure and turn it into the woman. I'm not sure about the boobs, I might cast Tifa's and paste them on but How should I handle the waist and hips? Just build up a bit and resculpt the pants?

I'm getting new arms lol. I'll cast them off Tifa like the head. I was looking at her head last night and the hair fell off. 25 bucks for the figure and the glue gave out.

I don't know if clouds body would work just because his arms are kinda manly (because he is a man)the legs might work from cloud due to the baggy pants

Actually its a Tifa head I'm using anyhow. I just don't want to have to resculpt all the clothing onto the body so it matches Zack's outfit.
