removing molded on glasses

I have a Matrix neo figure I want to remove the glasses from for a custom. how hard would it be to remove and add eyes or is there a Neo figure without glasses?

I found a figure of Neo that would work. Just have to get a good deal on it. I want to turn him into Bill from Bill and ted's excellent adventure lol.

This would be incredibly difficult to pull off! Good idea to go with the alternate figure!...but it would be possible to cut out the sunglasses on the one figure and use them as an accessory for the other.

hmmm... maby sand most of it off and then dril 2 holes were the eyes will be, then fill em up with sculpt and sculpt som nwe eyes ore am I just halosinating?
