Is there a some kind of base or stand of a figure with energy rings in a way of saturn rings or maybe the born of rings or like a spiral.

You know I am making a Xorn custom with rings like that, and I used sturdy twisty ties, but I think it was Burning Gundam with those rings Yami is talking about.

I know of a toy that comes with saturn like rings it was from G-gundam he was the burning or shining gundam
