Tentacles

Thats what I would try.. if you need it to be thicker at one end then dip that end more..

Never would have thought of that, especially since I didn't know Independance Day had toys.

But, after Looking at them, they won't work, because I need them to be thick at one end and thin at the other, not same size throughout.

Has anyone tried plastidip/grip dip/etc. on anything like Blackheart tails?

what about the large Independence day alien? he has several removable tenticles.

could you use the tutorial about making tendrils and instead of tendrils make tentacles? I am thinking of trying that shortly myself for a squid headed figure.

Yeah, I have a Blackheart as well, but his tail isn't large enough.

Although I might have to go smaller and use Blackheart tails, if I can't find anything else.

Blackheart tails? Seems like everyone has a Blackheart just sitting there for fodder or wholesale trade, ask around for the figure or tails. They are poseable I might add.

couldn't you buy a rubber snake and cut the end off.

I have seen shuma done with tails from the beowulf, grendel's mother figure. you can find them on clearance sometimes.

So no one has any ideas?

If it'll help me find results, they can be any sort of tentacles, so long as they are rougly 1.35 inches in diameter at the thicker end.

Also, flexible dragon/lizard/other tails may be similar to what I'm looking for

Is it flexible, how long is it, what is it's diameter at the thick end?
