New Battlestar Galactica Show

Anybody watching the new Battlestar Galactica show? I really like like it so far. The first half was a little slow as they got the story out of the way, but the second half was great. I don't know how close this story follows the original series because it has been way too long since I've seen any of them. I recognize a lot of the characters, but I don't remember much of the story. Anybody else have any opinions??

And man, those Cylons are ruthless. The humans are going fast!!
