I lik ur idea but I think the real question should be his catch vhrase"SO WATS THE REAL QUESTION"

Maybe he can be a rogue agent and they really don't know his abilites. Then when he is in action he whips out a whole arsenal of fighting techniques. His name should be The Real Question. No one knows what exactly he is best at. They jsut know he's beast in action.

he sounds cool, you could always do him in a shield outfit or a variation of it or you could always paint him black with a military style like the punisher.

hes a rouge sheild agent who went rouge becuz nick fury desaperd and he was a rookie hawling comando he lost his arm when he stopped rulk from atackin the suberbs. in short hes a crazy SOB who gets the job done and does watever he can to stop danger frm acurring.
hes a skilled sharp shooter and a very skilled kick boxer and grapler.

what sort of character is he and what powers/skills does he have?
