Theron head Swap

This is a probably an easy job but can you help? Although it is not released yet I assume General RAAM from the neca GOW has the same neck peg as the regular theron. I want to make a custom RAAM from his Theron days and pop the therons head onto RAAMs body to make a standard Locust general type. Im extremely reluctant to split either open as RAAM and the Theron cost a lot (Credit Crunch). Also I would like both bodies and heads in perfect condition and repairing a split is a bit beyond me. Is their a way to boil and pop a specific body part (head) of is their a better way. Also I would like the pegs to remain in one piece for easy swapping so that rules out hacking them off.
