Tamiya Paint Help

locally, hobbytown usa has a bunch of paint..id check them if you have one near you. if you need stuff they don't carry, im starting to think that the manufacturer's websites are the way to go

I'm not sure of anywhere to get paints. I'm learning to use the ones darth mentioned and I got them in a trade.

The wash would be lighter than the base coat and then the drybrush would be slightly darker. you can layer it like that to reach the coloration you want. It's like a chick using foundation makeup and building on it.

I know what it means, I just didn't follow what you were saying. im still a bit confused. you use the same flesh color as a base coat and a dry bush??

Ok I'll try again, you asked for another option for paint right?, try Games workshop paints the ones who make warhammer 40,000, the colours I use for flesh are called Elf flesh, then I put a layer of flesh wash on top and allow it to dry, after it has dried, I dry brush over it with elf flesh again until I get the right skin tone. If you don't know what dry brushing is (I don't mean to patronise) check out the tutorials here at the realm. Hope this is better

I use games workshop, elf flesh, GW flesh wash it then dry brush over again
