Parts fitting

So...I'm working on a new figure using the Face Off Leader figure as a base. Does anybody know right off hand any smooth (no buckles, or laces, etc..) shins and feet that would fit his legs?

And, same question regarding forearms and hands for the same figure?

So far everything I've looked at has been much larger in diameter than the stumps.
