Are you referring to the HML Ronan, ML5, Fantastic 4 Classics, or Box Set Mr Fantastic?
I'm guessing Ronan though, because I was thinking he might work.
I was also thinking maybe DCUC Unmasked Deathstroke, if I wanted him to have an eyepatch, although for what I want to do an eyepatch would make him too similar to Nick Fury.
If you don't mind cutting it off of a solid figure and dremmeling a hole for the neck head, look up a toy series called "famous ghosts" or something like that. I found them at a Dollar Store once and they're usually glow in the dark figures.
