ok I use testors acrylic and treehouse studios acrylic matte spray and on the soft parts it becomes taky wat should I do

If your directing that at Bigdaddyscott, He just said that he's never heard of it.
I've never heard of it either. Are you allowing the paint to dry (fully) before sealing it?

I've never heard of treehouse stuff, but since its done try a little heat and let dry/cool. almost like a cure process. I've never had any tackiness with acrylics, please update when you can!
