I can't think of any really short mls besides wolverine. U can probably find him cheap on eBay.

I was gonna say a ML Wolverine would be about right next to a wwe. Don't know how familiar you are with japanese figures, but you could look into the Revoltech stuff. maybe there zangief, they list height in mm, so it may be wayyyy too small.

If you want it to be loads smaller just stick with a marvel legend figure and add your own touches, I have found them to look quite childlike next to WWE deluxe though so bear that in mind. Maybe you could try a DC figure instead I think they're slightly taller than ML but I don't know for sure, hope tis helps mate.
