are we allowed to put things we have sculpted. like fully sculpted. all sculpting clay and stuff. no actual action figure.....is that a dumb question?

As one fo the Regulators here, we personally approve the customs for the showcase and I'm 99 percent sure we allow fully sculpted work into the custom gallery!

Yeah sure!you may want to put it in the other forum that has to do with other custom creations. People on here have built scenes, displays, and even cities! So I'm sure your sculpting will fit right in!
