belt

Posted in Custom Workstation

I'm in the process of making a belt out of leather but I need to put a pattern/design on it, I can't really sculpt it on or anything like that as it needs to stay flexible and I'm not even gonna attempt to paint it on.

any ideas/suggestions?

Leather working is probably your best best. It's not that hard. Just get it soaking wet and the leather sculpts easily.

to be honest I wouldn't even know were to begin, the reason I'm using leather is it was the only thing I had at the time and I didn't know what else to use.

A compass (the circle drawing type, not magnetic north type) dipped into blck, white or silver paint and use the point to make the pattern with dots.

If you're using leather you could just use leather working tools.
