neck joint removal and head flame help needed

I'm using a T2 Arnie for another custom and was trying to get the ball joint that is the neck out of the body. I'm turning him into Ghost Rider 2099 with a Neca T800 endo head and other parts and want to use the endo's neck. Any ideas? Also did any of the Ghost Rider figures come with removable head flames?

I managed to get the neck peg mostly fixed and only managed to slightly mangle the figure's shirt lol

you might (MIGHT) be able to take a Vengance's head flames off if you try hard enough (flames and head are 2 different pieces) I have a link somewhere in my mom's work's computer's favorites about how to create removeable flames... I'll find it in the next couple o' days
