Batista Action Figure to Golgo 13 Help

Hey dudes. I'm new to this site and new to figure customization (well sort of).

I wanted my first action figure custom to be Duke Togo aka Golgo 13. Hes a legendary old school Manga character and Sniper Assassin thats something like a Japanese James Bond.

As you can see in the picture and action figure comparison, Batista's face structure suits Golgo very well. However there are some challenges I'm going to face that I'd like someone to help me with if possible.

Here are the challenges I'm going to face:

How do I remove that little love patch without of course damaging or disfiguring the face?

Where would I go about finding a website that does custom weapons for custom figures? (Golgo uses a custom M16 Sniper Rifle
