40K Inquisitor

Extension of my previous post. Any ideas on a simple,cheap recipe for a Neca scale Lord Inquisitor?

This is the best reference picture I could find. Obviously it does not need to be EXACT even similar, because all manner of individuals would wind up in the inquisition. This is just the sort of ethos. Height would need to be about 8" or 9" tall,

I think the LCBH Marv would work. You would half to ad a new head and all the armor but I think it would loock awsome!
