Mine was a TMNT comic style Shredder. This was before the Neca TMNT made theres.

T3 Terminator.

I poped off arms on one McFar Teriminator and put them on another body. Than a bit of detail paint. Looks ok. It's still on display.

I managed to pop them out easily with out a hair dyer ot boiling water.

My first real custom was a Ash minimate...which I still love

The first ever attempt at a custom before I even signed up here was Akuma, tried to add articulation with cut up paperclips, duct tape clothing, sharpie paint, it was a mess. My first customs psoted here was my Original Character, Vulcan Spider Man.

I did 2 at once for my first customs. One was a Total Justice Aquaman that I turned into Demolition Man. The other was an Iron Man animated series Mandarin that I turned into Shaman. Wich I had picks but didn't own a camera at the time.
