recording sound

Posted in Custom Workstation

I have this ugly christmas tie from the dollar store that plays music (jingle bells) ... I was wondering if anyone knows how to record other sounds onto it... if it's possible, I would like to glue this onto the inside of my ecto 1 and attach a button, so I can make it play the ecto-1's siren sound... that would be sweet!

I've been meaning to try this for a while. Tell me if it works.

Most of the time you can't rerecord of those. The best bet is to see if those cards you can record audio onto go on sale. Walmart had a digital pictureframe thingy that was a keycahin years ago I should have bought that let you record 5 seconds of audio.
