HELP fixing a WWe Deluxe shoulder

Anyone know how to fix the type of shoulder joints that are on WWE figures, in particular the Deluxe Matt Striker. Straight out of the package they swing a little more loose than I would like. I know Superglue can help hinge style joints, but I was hoping there was a way to fix up the shoulder joints of a wrestling figure. THANKS!!

Soetimes just painting them helps to tighten the shoulder joints, if not try adding a layer of superglue around the whole thing but obviously not the jointed part.
