Not that figure!!!!

Any figure is fair game for me, unless I can sell it for as much as a finished custom would go for ($80-$200-ish). The original ML Deadpool falls into that category, and a few of the Transformer Classics figures. I don't customize with any really old toys (unless we're talking their accessories), so I don't worry about cutting up any vinyl-cloak Jawas, or G1 Soundwaves.

Unless its just a Repaint, I would never use any medicom, Hot toys, or Sideshow 1/6 scale figure. Or a Marvel Legends Deadpool Figure. Anyone who modifies that is ridiculous.

Any Playarts FF figures (I have only because I got them dirt cheap).

The TF Universe Cosmos that came out a while back and only like a dozen were ever seen in stores.

I would never use, nor do I condone using, a NECA Material Realm Raziel for a custom. Mostly because its now impossible to find. Aren't even any on ebay.

Yes that's the hot toys one. I paid $200 for mine. But if I had a really really good idea I would use him for a custom lol. Mostly because I'm a huge Joker fan, but I'm tired of seeing Heath Ledger everywhere...

I think you're talking about the Hot Toys Joker. I think those are a couple hundred or so. I would never buy that much less use it for fodder.

What about that big really realistic Joker figure I've seen folks psyched about getting? Isn't that an expensive figure?

Yeah, I don't think I would break apart Monev either.
Mine would be the Guyver 1, 2 or 3.....just too expensive. They now go for $100+
