testors dullote

since I started customizing I've always used testors dullcote to seal my customs but for some reason I can't get a hold of any, can anyone recommend something better or just as good?

You can order it directly from Testors online.
But if you're looking for something at retail, most of the companies like Citadel, that make paints, miniatures, etc. sell finishing sprays that are good.
