You could also use a shoulder or hip joint if you find one the right size, just sculpt around it and make the peg whatever size you want, just an idea?

I'm trying to put a head on a body that currently has no neck, so I just needed a neck piece to attach to it. I guess I can split the body that had the head I wanted, take out the hinged ball part, then sculpt my own neck around it. Only downside is I'll lose the up and downward movement. Perhaps I could cut the neck off the body and salvage the hinged balljoint, though I don't currently have a cutting tool for my dremel. Any recommendations on a cutting tool or set for a dremel? Also do any stores sell them or do I need to buy something like that online?
