Narnia: Dawn Treader figure WIP suggestions?

The upcoming Narnia film looks to have no toyline at all. Being the fan that I am I plan to make my own toyline based on previous figures from Price Caspian and other lines. I have been scanning the POTC lines and have found a few good ideas but not everything I need.

Any suggestions on the following characters?

I would love a great match for this kids face.

I have found a pretty good body for this guy, but no decent heads. Any ideas?

Generic sailer heads are no big deal, but the clothes are a little harder to match. Any ideas?
