help please

im really new at the custom figures but I really need help form everybody here, im from chile and most of the collectors items figures that get here are in really bad shape so im trying to restore them, I bought this batman figure for like 50 cents aprox.
the downside is that ist missing its right arm and I wanted to know if anyone could please guide me through a process of creating the missing arm by using the left arm....

any help would be apreciated
