I have 3 spencers and none of them have him. Maybe Hot Topic?

I've seen some of those Mezco figures at Spencer's, but it has been a while. I know some people are saying, what is Spencers?...Spencer's is kind of an adult/gag-gift store chain prevalent in many Mid-West malls. Come to think of it, that's the only place I've seen those figures.
