How to dye figures.

I think it was posted while back, but I'm not sure. So does anyone know how to because I would really like to dye this Optimus Prime black for a Nemesis

Thanks Pock. It may not work on the Transformers, since they're made of hard-plastic. But it will with any other customs I may have that are soft-plastic.

What I've found works best is to heat up the plastic of the figure till it's soft then dip it in ink or cover it with a permanent marker. I'm not sure if this method will work on that shiny plastic that is used fore transformers.
