12 inch figure bodies

Hey Guys, Does anyone know how well the Kenner Star Wars figures clothing will fit on those new Hot Toys truetype bodies? I've been getting the itch to get back into 12inch figures and wouldn't mind swapping the bodies out if they work. The price for the Sideshow versions is still too steep for my blood
