Hey everyone,I have been working on a first appereance sentinel for a few months and the other day I thought I might want to enlist some help on the lights on it, and then I thought of what I think is a pretty cool idea:what if a bunch of us did one single figure together?I thought it would be cool to pick a sweet character and have someone start it off,mail it to the next person for more work(sculpting,parts,etc) keep passing it along till the base was all done and then continue to pass it for painting and any additional touches or whatever.Im not sure if this has been done or if anyone wanted in on it but I thought it would be really cool to have a ton of us all team up on a super custom!Not to make money or anything just a huge collaberation(I don't think thats spelled right) between a bunch of artists for fun,maybe send it to a toy mag or wizard or somethin or just post it up here.If anyone thinks they might want to be a part of this I guess just comment on here and start exchanging emails and go from there.Or maybe this is a horrid idea and nobody wants to do it,either way I thought it would be cool to throw the idea out there,and thought it would be a cool thing to do,thanks for reading this and stuff!
a big one would give us the chance to each put a lot into it ,or more people to add more,bigger =more possibilities for more detail,great idea, I have never heard of him,marvel,dc?anyone with a dinosaur growing out of his head has got to be awesome!
thats a great idea!im not very familiar with the character,but he cen pretty much become any substance he touches or somethin right?that would be very interesting to do
I think we should do a character that can utilize many different painting and sculpting skills like maybe a Absorbing Man with limbs that are different elements or some other character like that.

Why don't you make something small on the figure like the weapons. That wouldn't cost much to ship. Also I would like to sign on for this custom team-up.
I really want to be a part of something like this.. well, maybe in the future.. I'll look for cheaper ways on how I can ship items abroad and maybe I'll give it a go. maybe I'll go sculpting or painting. or even just sand down the joints of the fig so the paint won't chip. my aunt's gonna go to the US maybe this february or march and I'll keep on contact with her, learn about the rates and process of shipping packages or maybe if I get lucky, I'll be able to go with her, maybe meet up with some of you guys. hehe! well, the latter part is a little far-fetched coz obviously, acquiring my own visa is harder than shipping packages. hehe!
well, whatever happens, I'll still be a part of this, even if my part is just giving ideas or moral support, I'll be glad to help.
Ha!How kind of you to offer!yeah I hadnt thought of the shipping to other countries part,wish there was a good solution to that,we could mail it to you with some cash to mail it back(hey this is workin pretty good for you,cash!).hopefully people jump on board,this could be a very exciting thing,just waitin for it to come in the mail and puttin your own touch on a huge collaboration would be a blast,keep it goin till you get it twice,who knows!?! c'mon ninjas peeps and true believers!ill drive boat and fly the figure to you myself! ok I can't do that but lets get movin!iv been customizing figures for many years and want something new and fun to do,just finally stumbling on this site was awesome,I had no clue this many people did this stuff,a lot of great talent here,now lets team up and make somethin!

I wanted to join but sending and receiving packages from outside the country is a very complicated thing for me to do... customs agency here charges way too much (under the table) tax and fees and a lot of times packages get lost or just takes too long to get here.
maybe it would work well with customizers that live near each other. maybe on the same country at least.
