Arkham Asylum/City Thugs help

Posted in Custom Workstation

Hey, Im looking to make a bunch of Joker thugs from the Batman: Arkham Asylum/City Games. I wanted to find a line of figures that are slightly diverse, yet fairly cheap. Kind of like an army builder. I was even thinking of making some into Two-Face style thugs. Im not sure if there will be any in the new game, but I think It would be cool to have gang factions for the different Mastermind Villians.

I was thinking something along the lines of WWE figures, specifically deluxe aggression, due to their proficient articulation and nice diversity in skin tones/facial structure. Unfortunately, scale-wise, they're about 1 1/2 to 2 feet too tall, as I want them to be in scale with the DC Universe Classics line.

So if anyone is aware of any good figure lines that would work for my idea, Please let me know!

Its not just there. One of the five Wal-marts here carries them, and its on the other side of town. The others....good luck.

Wal-mart sells dcuc figures. So you can just compare one that is already there.

The pants shouldn't be an issue, might even give a shot at using real fabric. Unfortunately though, I have no way of comparing the mattel wrestling figures to the dcuc figures. unless I take a crack at bringing one of my dcuc figs to wal-mart and holding it next to one...... In which case I would probably get some very odd looks....

yeah the mattel ones are smaller than the jakks ones so they may work but you would need to sculpt the trousers.

I'm nearly positive that I've seen some mattel ones with pants.

I think the new wrestling figures from mattel are smaller than the ones from Jakks, I don't have any so I'm not 100% sure.
