Need help with a 5th element custom

I'm looking to do a Leeloo custom(Milla Jovovich's character in the fifth element) in the 3.75 inch scale. Does anyone have any suggestions on a base figure? I've been racking my brain about it and can't think of one for the life of me. If only there was an Emma Frost body in that scale.
