Base figure Ideas !!!!

Hey boils and ghoules ,

Little help please ????
Been looking over the site and I`m constantly impresssed !
I need some help finding the best base figures for some customs I`m working on ,
I already have some ideas but wanted some more input ....
TMNT from the old cartoon / figure line

A better ray fillet/manray base
Super Shredder
Rocksteady
Bebop
Tatsu
Foot clan

and any other random guys /gals you can think of , any help would be really appreciated , even better if I already have the base figure (check my fodder trades)
