Can someone tell me what series this Captain America is from

I was digging around in my basement today and found this Cap I bought at a garage sale a few years, only I don't know what series he is from. Unfortunately he's missing his shield, and a bit of paint came off on the nose, his "A" on his forehead, and the star on his chest. Anyone know what series he's from?

thanks nightmare. I didn't know he was from the Video Game All Stars series, I've been looking for that series now for forever. does anyone have any figures from that series? hopefully a chris redfield or ryu figure

theres a problem with that
they only had X-Men characters

its more likely Avenger Series from 1995
