custom head help

Hi, I have a Hasbro marvel legends two pack Human Torch that I was looking to use for the base of a new figure but I'm not sure how to get rid of the flaming hair. Can anyone help me with some suggestions?

Yep what Pock said, it's a solid piece on that one so you're either gonna have to slice it off like pock said or grind it down with a rotary tool.

It depends on what you want to make with the figure but if you want it to be another character with hair than cut off the existing hair with an exacto blade and sculpt new hair.
