What glue is safe to use on NECA Street Fighter Figures?

I just bought a couple NECA Street Fighter figures and so far Ken has been broken twice. I want to know what kind of glue is safe to use to glue his belt back to his gi and what glue should I use to glue the small plastic piece that covers the bottom of his foot. This may be a dumb question but I wanted to know if there were any types of glue to completely avoid or if I should use different types of glue since the two pieces are different kinds of plastic. Thanks for any advice you can share on the topic.
