Girl with pigtails and cheerleader

Hi guys. I am actually looking for two things. I am looking for a base figure that is a cheerleader. I like the Jenna Jameson figure except that it is not articulate. Does anyone know of any? I am thinking I could mod a WWE female figure, but I was hoping to find one that required a little less modding.

I am also looking for a head of a girl that has pigtails. I like the Harley Quinn Arkham asylum figure, but wasn't sure if there were other options. I just want to make sure I have all my options together. Thanks for any help.
