great list, left off a few there myself after seeing your list.

Listing six charcters is not easy so I gave 28 charcters and you can filter it as much as you like.

Joker,lex Luthor,max lord,maphisto,blackheart,jigsaw,bullseye,red skull,Darksied,apocalypse,thanos,anhillus,bushman,Hugo strange,ultron,brainiac,killer croc,dr psycho,granny goodness,sinestro,doomsday,parallax,atrocitous,superboy prime,monarch,anti-moniter and The Atom's wife.

Oh yeah, my list pretty much sounds similar...

oh my I forgot one of my favorites, so please forgive me apocalypse, one of the best bady guys of them all. Man I don't know where my mind was at leaving him off.

no particular order but joker, sabertooth, thanos, darkseid, dr doom, loki, mephisto, gog/magog, ultron, brainiac 13 or other version (other than querl dox), kang, trigon, carnage and magus (adam warlock's evil side). I excluded magneto and lex luthor since they have teamed up with good guys too many times imo and the others mentioned tend to not stop till they get what they want or care who is in there way. hope this helps, there are probably more, but these tend to be the top tier baddies.
