Casting bigger JLU figures?

Does anyone know if there's a way to increase, or to mold bigger JLU heads to work on 6inch scale figures? I'd kill for a animated style 6" Metallo and I don't have the skill to pull off a nice looking custom head. =c

HYDROSPAN! I have a good link somewhere. It would need to be molded then cast. Hydrospan is used by molding the original, pouring in Hydrospan, then molding that, then using resin. It will double in size. Hydroshrink does the opposite.

Is there even 6" body out there for a JLU figure head because the only one I have seen is a Giganta female body and I could use a 6" male body for an Apache cheif custom I've been dying to make
