Custom Figure of myself *help*

Hey all, I was just wondering if you could answer a few of my questions. I've decided to make a custom figure of myself, but have hit a few bumps along the process. It's still in the idea phase I haven't bought anything yet. Anyway, I'm assuming you're all familiar with the Hot Toys True Type figures? Well those are fantastic, only I hate that they only come in the 1/6 scale. My question is, do any of you know any figures closest to the True Types only in 6-8 inch form? I want it to be naked too as I'm going to make clothes for it and don't want some bulky plastic clothing already underneath. Also, my skin color is a brown tone, so the skin tone on the figure is important too. I've thought about UFC figures but the hands have those clunky gloves on and I don't wanna but a whole nother figure just for his hands. I'm not good enough of a sculptor to sculpt my own either haha. I know it's a lot to ask but can any of you give me any ideas?
